How Do We Do It?

The program blends traditional Pilates with the finesse of modern physiotherapy techniques. To keep things engaging, I incorporate props like resistance bands, foam rollers, and Pilates balls to add variety to your workout and effectively target various muscle groups.

Time Commitment

 Sessions generally range from 30 minutes to an hour. Opt for group classes or benefit from one-on-one personalized training for more targeted guidance. Both online and in-person sessions are available.
